To the foundation, everybody deserves to live a good life and must be supported with foods, cash and other needs.
In his message to the public, Engr. Sunmola encouraged other similar NGOs and well- meaning Nigerians to support the less privileged persons; adding that their wellbeing is a collective responsibility of all since the government alone can’t do it.
He said, “I just want to encourage more NGOs and well- meaning Nigerians to support the vulnerable in the society. We should try to support ourselves especially in the area of feeding. I believe the Government cannot do single handedly alleviate poverty in the country. Many NGOs should come onboard to support the efforts of the government in reducing poverty in Nigeria.
“And HCF is looking forward to working with the Government to see how best we can support the less privileged persons.”
On the same vein, the beneficiaries thanked the foundation for putting smiles on their faces with the food items especially when the prices of foodstuffs are on the high side.
