To the dismay of the family however, few days later, Mrs. Tolulope Odegbami (Olowosibi) knocked on their door and told them that the earlier cyber influencer (Madam Jokotade) have short changed and cheated them on funds raised on behalf of the family and that she has come to put smile and succor to the family not knowing to the family that she has comes to inflict more hardship, pains and sufferings to their HOUSEHOLD.
The Victim posited that Mrs. Tolulope Odegbami (Olowosibi) has been pawn in their flesh since 2021 prior to the death of his wife. The complainant alleged she has got him arrested and detained more than four times in deferent police facilities on trump-up charges. According to the Victim/ husband, her late wife gave her a SAVE MY SOUL call which he promptly acted upon without waiting for any security back-up. Unfortunately for him, Mrs. Tolulope Odegbami (Olowosibi) mobilised OPC members within the Ikorodu area to physically assault and beat him to stupor that he came to her resident to kidnap the twins. Fortunately, a leader of the OPC recognized him as Suraju Baba
Ibeji after merciless beating, torture and molestation.
The complainant alleged that the victim, Mr. Suraju Asimiyu and his family are now undergoing psychological trauma based on the torture inflicted on him by Mrs. Tolulope Odegbami.
According to the complainant, another blogger who intervened by getting the family a befitting mini apartment with a monthly allowance for feeding was also surprisingly became surprising to the family when they heard that the the murderer of Mrs. Foluso Asimiyu (lya Ibeji)
In seeking justice for the eleven (11) weeks unlawful detention and incarceration of the victim Mr. Suraju Ashimiyu (Baba Ibeji), the elder brother one Mr. Taofeek Asimiyu approached an Abuja High court through a Human Rights lawyer one Barr. Pelumi Olajengbesi to file a case of abuse of fundamental Human Rights on behalf of the victim Mr. Suraju Ashimiyu (baba Ibeji) and was granted bail before the Nigeria Police can release him from the unlawful detention.
In the foregoing, and for a full explanation and detail information the CHSR humbly appeal that you use your good offices and person to, as a matter of urgency and in the interest of fair hearing and justice, set up and assign an unbiased investigating team that will do a due diligence investigation into the weighty allegation against the poor/indigent widower in the interest of Justice. It is obvious that you must have been misinformed or not properly briefed about this matter and whoever found cupable should be made to face the wrath of the law so that it can serve as a deterrent to other as the law says “It is better for 99 accused to escape than to convict only 1 Innocent individual”
CHSR also suggest the matter be assign to a Lagos State annex of the NPF be it Zone 2 or FCID Alagbon for easy access of the poor and indigent victim/ complaint who cannot afford the costs of going to Abuja and considering that no family or relative is a available at the FCT to provide shelter for the period of the investigation Com. Omotehinse concluded.
