It was a celebration of God’s faithfulness in all ramifications at First Baptist Church Ifako-Ijaiye as Hon. Olufemi Abiodun Afikuyomi’s immediate family, political associate, friends and well wishers gathered in praising God for His goodness and mercy upon the political gladiator and grass root mobilizer whose love for politics is over four decades.
The chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye LG was able represented by his wife Alhaja Adejumoke Hamzat who admired Hon. Afikuyomi’s doggedness and listening ears habit .
In her brief interview with the media Chairperson Hamzat pronounced the celebrant as a reliable fellow who is always available to speak with regarding forwardness in political circuit.
Alhaja Adejumoke Hamzat delivered her husband’s warm regards as he assured the church of Hon. Hamzat readiness in meeting the church need at due time.
Chairperson wishes the celebrant many happy returns as she affirmed the new appointment a well deserved one which is already a successful grassroots sojourn regarding PBAT re- election come year 2027.

Olufemi Abiodun Afikuyomi is; Pastor Oyeleye calls him the apple of God’s eye because he is a great philanthropy, a father indeed, friend of the needy and a humble man in the house of God.
All things are possible with those that put God first Hon. Afikuyomi’s new appointment as PBAT re-election grassroots mobilizer 2027 is already a success.
Rev. Oyeleye concluded by reminding the body of Christ to be conscious of the temple of God; He said ‘We are the temple of God, the temple has to be made holy in serving God and humanity by praying for the nation, the leaders, caring for the destitutes, the widow , less privileges with these act Nigeria already a land of milk and honey we have been yarning for.
