Her names are Clarion Nneka Chukwurah, a famous and distinguish Nigerian actress, filmmaker, and humanitarian.
She was born on July 24, 1964, in Lagos, Nigeria.
Her parents are from Anambra State. She is the daughter of Chief Osita Chukwurah, a renowned lawyer.
She is the only daughter in a family of four.
She is the mother of music video director, Clarence Peters, the child she had with the Ace king, Sir Shina Peters
She had her nursery and primary school in Lagos and later pursued her secondary education at the Queen of the Rosary College, Onitsha then proceeded to study Acting and Speech at the Department of Dramatic Arts of Obafemi Awolowo University.
She began her acting career in the 1980s, featuring in several Nigerian films and television series.
Clarion began her career in acting in the year 1980 but became popular when she featured in a soap opera titled “Mirror in the Sun”.
Her breakthrough role came in 1982 with the film Owo Blow “Money Power’’ which also featured Shina Peters.
She gained international recognition for her role in “Bigger Than Life” (1993).
