A heartbreaking tragedy has struck in Lafia, Nasarawa State, as Pastor Emmanuel Oshla Kujeh and his wife lost their lives in a fatal car accident on Friday, September 19, 2025.
According to eyewitnesses, the couple was walking home with their two-month-old baby when a vehicle, said to have lost control due to brake failure, ra,mmed into them near the Nagis/Ministry of Lands area of Lafia.
Sadly, Pastor Oshla and his wife died instantly, while their infant sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical care.
The devastating incident comes less than a year after the couple tied the knot in December. Before his untimely passing, Pastor Oshla was serving as the resident pastor of ERCC LCC MercyLand, Lafia, where he was deeply loved by his congregation.
