The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) swiftly responded to a serious accident at under the Ajah Bridge along the Lekki-Epe Expressway. The incident which involved a tipper truck, a Rapid Response Squad (RRS) armored tank, and a Suzuki mini bus (JJJ 257 YJ) occurred at about 4:50 pm on Wednesday the 4th of September, 2024. Preliminary investigations revealed that the tipper truck experienced brake failure while attempting to make a turn under the Ajah Bridge.
