A retired Delta State High Court judge, Justice Ifeoma Okogwu, was found dead at her residence in Asaba on Monday morning. Insight Global News learnt the victim’s lifeless body was discovered in her sitting room at No. 8 Tom Halen Street, behind IBTC Bank, with her hands, legs tied, her mouth covered with wrapper.
