In line with the national mourning order, owing to the shocking news of the demise of the Late Chief of Army Staff ( COAS ), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, the entire management and staff of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command under the leadership of its State Commandant, Mr Adedotun Keshinro, commiserate with the nation especially, the Nigerian Army ( NA ), in this time of grief.
The Lagos State Commandant, Mr Adedotun Keshinro, in a bid to show the Corps’ affection for the Nigerian Army, today, Monday, 11th November, 2024, visited, the 9 Brigade Nigerian Army, to sign the condolence register opened, to the general public by the Brigade, in honour of the late COAS, Lt General Taoreed Lagbaja. The Lagos State Commandant prayed that God grants the soul of the departed, eternal rest and give both his immediate and extended families, colleagues friends and loved ones, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss as he described, the demise as a very painful loss to our dear nation.
The Commander 9 Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Olawale Matthew Oyekola gave the NSCDC’S Lagos State Commandant and his team a very warm welcome with quality pleasantries being shared, at the Brigade, today.
