The Delta State Commissioner Of Police, CP Abaniwonda Olufemi, has guaranteed that the Command would keep up its efforts to combat crime and criminality and enhance public safety and security across the State during the forthcoming Eid-El-fitr celebration.
The Delta State Police Commissioner, CP Abaniwonda Olufemi, extend his warmest felicitation to all the Muslim Ummah residents in the state who are celebrating this auspicious occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Fitr.
The CP has deployed officers of the command to all Muslim worship centers, nooks and crannies of the state to step up security in statutory mandate of securing lives and properties, maintaining peace and order at all times. He urge members of the public to continue to assist and collaborate with the police and other security agencies to enable them to serve the good people of the state better. He admonished them to be security conscious, law abiding and take appropriate measures towards personal protection and their personal effects, not only at home but also in public places such as markets, worship centers, shopping malls and highways.
