The Public Relations Officer, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Lagos State Command, Deputy Superintendent of Corps Oluwaseun Abolurin has now, been promoted to his next rank of Superintendent of Corps in the just released, promotion results, by the Civil Defence Correctional Fire and Immigration Services Board .
The Lagos State Command’s PRO before his new elevation has been noticeable, for his penchant for promoting the excellent image of the NSCDC in the state with topnotch skills capable of endearing the heart of citizens to the great efforts of the Corps in the areas of protection of critical national assets and infrastructure amidst many others.
Prior to this promotion, he emerged the overall best of the maiden Staff Course of the NSCDC Command and Staff College, Lamingo, Jos, Plateau State last year, 2023, where he bagged, several awards including the Commandant General overall best award, College Most dedicated Participant, Best Project Leader, Cash prize winner, amongst many others.
His promotion is a testament to the resolve of the NSCDC’s Commandant General Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD, mni, OFR, to ensure that officers, who distinguish themselves in the course of their will always be rewarded, as encouragement to do more by the service. Also the Commandant General has consistently, cleared all backlogs of stagnated promotion in the Corps evident in the recent promotions just released.
