CSP Bolaji Olugbenga, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ijanikin Police Station, Lagos State Police Command, has tragically passed away. Reports indicate that Olugbenga collapsed in his office on Thursday night, October 17, and died before he could be rushed to a hospital.
A police officer from the division, speaking anonymously to DailyTrust , confirmed the incident, saying, “He slumped in the office on Thursday and was quickly rushed to the hospital. But sadly, we lost him.”
CSP Olugbenga’ s body has been transferred to the mortuary for further arrangements.
This sudden loss has sent shockwaves through the local police force and community, as CSP Olugbenga was well-known and respected for his service.
