The Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran, is dead.
According to sources within the palace, Oba Aromolaran passed on yesterday the 11th of September, 2024 after a brief illness.
Though, palace of Owa Obokun has not issued any official statement as regards the passage of the monarch, but sources within the palace confirmed Oba Aromolaran’s demise at 86.
The monarch reigned for over 40 years.
