A dedicated Police senior officer, Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Matilda Umiah Ngbaronye is dead.
Insight Global News gathered Maltida died after an undisclosed unsuccessful surgery at a Lagos hospital on Friday night.
Until her death, CSP Ngbaronye served as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Festac Division and was widely regarded as one of the command’s vibrant officers.
In 2021 when she bagged ‘Miss Security Nigeria’ award, beautiful Ngbaronye declared that she would love to still be in the police job if she had a second life.
Ngbaronye, a community-friendly officer, previously served as the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Lagos State Police Command and Iponri DPO, and was known for her professionalism, discipline, and commitment to duty.
