The Honourable Commissioner of Youth and Social Development in Lagos State, Honourable Mobolaji Ogunlende, the State Commandant , NSCDC, Lagos State, Mr Adedotun Keshinro ably represented by Superintendent of Corps Oluwaseun Abolurin, Civil Defence PRO, Lagos at the National Youth Council of Nigeria’s event aimed at strengthening the capacity of youths in the aspect of safety and emergency response in Lagos on Wed., 11th February, 2026. A framework for Safety Emergency Response was launched while Youth Champions saddled with the responsibilities to collaborate with First Responders for their training and capacity development were also inaugurated at the event which held in Surulere.The event was also graced by the Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Honourable Moyosore Adebanjo, Nigeria Police Force, FRSC, INEC, LASTMA, LASRAA, IPAC, youths from various divisions and many more agencies of government .
